Microsoft has announced some of their plans for Xbox and Windows 10. The company is launching their Windows 10 Xbox Live SDK at some point today for some developers, with a slow rollout planned over the next 12 months. Xbox Live on Windows 10 will allow cross-platform play between Windows 10 devices and Xbox One.
Xbox chief Phil Spencer's talk included a bit on the new Windows Store, which will allow people to buy games and apps on one platform, and download and play them on another, at developer discretion.
