Xbox's Major Nelson took to Twitter yesterday to mention that a dashboard preview update would be rolling out, and that it would mostly contain bug fixes and refinements for April's update. The Major also noted that May's new features would arrive for preview members later this month.
Today's patch may have given us a clue as to what exactly will be in that feature update. The preferences section now lists "Allow game streaming to other devices (beta)" underneath System & App settings.
We've known for some time that Microsoft has been working on streaming Xbox One games to other devices, but it looks as though we may be getting the feature sooner rather than later. Considering that it will require the Windows 10 Xbox One app, there may not be a great deal of Xbox One gamers out there willing to take advantage of it, but the enthusiasts under the Windows 10 Insider program could soon be on board.
It seems as though the Xbox app for Windows 10 will need an update before it'll function, but it should be just around the corner.
Thanks @WinPhanKyle for the app screenshot!
