Stock up on your Rad-X, Fallout 4's official website has confirmed the game ahead of schedule.
Fallout 4's website provided us with a glimpse at the game's box art, the above teaser picture and a video placeholder which will go live when the countdown hits zero at 3PM GMT / 8AM PST. The website is currently down again, but should return within the next 45 minutes.
The new game appears to be current gen only, hitting PC, PS4 and Xbox One. In addition, the website requests that we tune in to Bethesda's E3 conference on Sunday 14th June either via Twitch and YouTube, where the game will no doubt get a longer developer demonstration.
The trailer is likely to be CGI or even live action, which would make it similar to the reveal of Fallout 3 back in 2008. An animation company belonging to Guillermo Del Toro is widely rumoured to have worked on cinematics for the game.
Check back in an hour from now to view the below video, and if you can't view the video we'll update this post with more information as and when we receive it.
Update: A twitter user managed to screencap the first frame from the video. Is Dogmeat back?
Happy Fallout Day!
