Fallout 4 is due for release in just two months on November 10 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC, but Bethesda Softworks is already thinking ahead. The post-apocalypse role-playing game will also get a Season Pass for $30 that will allow owners to get all of the DLC packs that will be released for Fallout 4.
Bethesda stated:
"We've always done a lot of DLC for our games. We love making them and you always ask us for more. To reward our most loyal fans, this time we'll be offering a Season Pass that will get you all of the Fallout 4 DLC we ever do for just $30. Since we're still hard at work on the game, we don't know what the actual DLC will be yet, but it will start coming early next year. Based on what we did for Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Skyrim, we know that it will be worth at least $40, and if we do more, you'll get it all with the Season Pass."
Bethesda also stated that it will release free updates to Fallout 4 after its launch, which will add new features in addition to bug fixes. Finally it-reconfirmed its previously-announced plans to release the mod tools for Fallout 4 for PC users to make new content for the game. That content will later be able to be played by Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners of the game.
