Watch and win as we play Goat Simulator tonight on Twitch

Every weekend, Windows Central streams an Xbox One game or two on Twitch for 1-2 hours and gives out free games to the cool people who join us during the stream. It's like a live podcast, only you also get to watch a game while chatting with our awesome readers and viewers!

Tonight at 8pm Central (9pm Eastern, 6pm Pacific, 2am GMT), we'll be playing Goat Simulator from Double Eleven and Coffee Stain Studios. Goat Simulator is a wacky physics simulation/playground starring a very destructive goat with an extra-long tongue. We want you guys there, chatting along. So we're giving out a whopping 30 codes for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Steam!

Just follow us at Twitch.tv/WindowsCentral, enable email notifications, watch along, and participate in chat for your chance to win. After the stream ends, be sure to check back for the YouTube replay video and contest winners.

Tip: If watching the stream in another window, close this one to avoid audio echoes.

Goat Simulator

Lots of games involve shooting bad guys, saving the world, and maybe even rescuing a princess. Very few games star violent super-powered goats. Thankfully Goat Simulator fills that important void, letting players take control of a goat and run amuck in an unsuspecting town. The poor residents will never know what hit them!

Goat Simulator is one part physics simulation and one part playground. You run around as a goat and mess with things. Knock people over, break down fences, climb buildings, jump on trampolines – all the stuff most goats do every day. But our goat hero also has a super long tongue she can use to grab people and objects, flailing them around and causing even more destruction.

In case you couldn't tell, Goat Simulator isn't a very structured game. You just run around, act silly, look for collectibles, and hopefully unlock some Achievements. You can even bring a friend or two along, as the Xbox One version supports four-player split screen goat simulation.

Watch us act foolish in Goat Simulator tonight and you might just win a copy of your own!

  • Goat Simulator – Xbox One – 877 MB – $9.99 – Xbox Link

How to watch Twitch live streams

What's the best way to experience Twitch? The Twitch website on your PC or Mac web browser. If you don't have or prefer not to use a computer, you can get the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or Xbox 360 Twitch apps and watch from the comfort of your couch. Android and iOS both have official and unofficial Twitch apps to choose from as well.

On Windows Phone, you'll have to grab an unofficial app. There are several to choose from, each with different strengths and weaknesses. Only one app lets you search directly for our channel, though. If you use the others, you'll have to find and follow us from a web browser first. Read the roundup to learn more!
