Having been announced back at Gamescom, the Halo World Championship kicks off this weekend with qualifiers in Europe and North America. The tournament's prize pool currently sits at a massive $2 million and fans can watch the matches unfold live on Twitch.
Starting with Saturday matches in Germany run by ESL, the Halo 5: Guardians action then switches to the UK and Gfinity on Sunday along with the MLG organized North American qualifiers. There's a long road ahead for the competitors and some of the best Halo players on the planet will soon be dukeing it out for their share at that prize pot.
