One of the first games ever announced for the Xbox One has finally been completed. Developer Remedy has revealed that its time-based action game Quantum Break has "gone gold", meaning that its main development has ended and the game is now being replicated on discs in preparation for its official release on April 5. The announced was made on Twitter by Remedy's Sam Lake.
Quantum Break was first revealed by Remedy and publisher Microsoft in May 2013, alongside the official annoncement of the Xbox One itself. The game, which involves the player manipulating time as well as shooting things, is also coming out as a Windows 10 game as well. Both versions will be released on the same day, and people who pre-order Quantum Break for the Xbox One can get the Windows 10 version for free.
