Microsoft has officially cut the price of its Xbox One consoles by $50. The temporary price cut brings the Microsoft console down to a starting price of just $299— and the discount's good through April 30.
That's $299 for the 500GB Xbox One, though the $50 discount also applies to various Xbox storage sizes and bundles. So $349 will get you a 1TB Xbox One bundle. And if you're really looking to get the most bang for your buck, the Xbox One Elite Bundle with 1TB solid state hybrid storage and an Xbox Elite Controller is now down to $449.
Additional savings on Xbox One and Windows 10 games are expected to kick off later in the week with Microsoft's Spring Sale on March 22. Expect that a bunch of movies and TV shows will get substantial discounts as well.
