Blizzard has decided to extend the current open beta test for its upcoming multiplayer MOBA shooter Overwatch by an extra day. It will now end at 1 p.m. Eastern Time (10 a.m. Pacific Time) on Tuesday, May 10 across the game's PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms.
Blizzard announced the extension on its Overwatch forum. It added:
We hope everyone has been enjoying the Overwatch Open Beta. We certainly have! We've loved being able to play alongside you on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Over the last week, we've also had the opportunity to listen to your thoughts and opinions on the game; make improvements based on your reports in these very forums; and collect invaluable data just from you playing normally.
The retail version of Overwatch is scheduled to be released on May 24. You can pre-order the game at Amazon for $59.88.
