343 Industries is teasing that even more content updates are in the works for the Xbox One shooter Halo 5: Guardians, nearly a year after the game was released.
Earlier this month, Halo 5 owners got the big Anvil's Hammer update, with two new maps and more, plus Windows 10 PC owners got Halo 5: Forge, the free multiplayer maps editor for the game that also allows for free online matches between PC players. In the latest Halo community update, 343 states they are looking at some post-release issues for those additions:
We're actively investigating issues impacting the "My Bookmarks" screen on both Xbox One and Windows 10, reports of server weirdness since the update, ISP specific reports impacting EU Pro League, and plenty more.
However, it also like there's more to come for Halo 5 fans, We already know that a Game Browser is in the works that will allow Xbox One and Windows 10 players to find custom games quickly, but the community update hints strongly that is not the only thing 343 Industries is working on:
Additionally, there's more brewing on the Halo 5 front, and we're not done just yet. Various teams here at the studio are hard at work finishing up a few different flavors of goodness, and we'll be talking about all of that and more in the near future. I am particularly excited about that part.
