Every weekend, Windows Central streams an Xbox One game or two on Twitch for 1-2 hours and gives out free games to the cool people who join us during the stream. Last week, we streamed Strider and dished out codes to 11 lucky viewers.
Tonight at 8pm Central (9pm Eastern, 6pm Pacific), we'll be playing Warframe from Digital Extremes. What's more, you're all invited to play with us! Warframe is a free to play third-person action game, so anybody with Xbox Live Gold who watches tonight's stream live can actually join in and be a participant. And we're giving out 16 awesome prizes for Xbox One Warframe players, ranging in value from $10-40!
Update: The stream has ended. Congrats to the winners!

Warframe
Warframe takes place within the same universe as cult classic Xbox 360 actioner Dark Sector, only thousands of years in the future. The story begins with the player waking from cryosleep as a member of the Tenno, an ancient race of warriors (space ninjas). The Tenno are at war with three evil factions, including the Grineer (ghastly cybernetic clones), the Corpus (a militarized mega-corporation), and the Infested, monstrous victims of a virus originating in Dark Sector.
With over 20 distinctive Warframes (characters) to collect, countless weapons, parts, pets, and helper characters to collect, and more than fourteen planets and planetoids filled with missions, Warframe is a huge game that you can enjoy for free. Team up with up to four online players cooperatively to take on missions and hunt for resources. If you enjoy third-person shooters or action games, Warframe is a great game to play during the holidays. See our review for more details.

The Contest
We'll be streaming Warframe for 90-120 minutes tonight, starting at 8pm Central (9pm Eastern, 6pm Pacific). During that time, we'll be giving out a total of 16 prizes:
- 8 premium Warframes (characters) for Xbox One, added to your account next week by Digital Extremes)
- 6 packages of 170 Platinum ($9.99 value)
- 2 grand prize packages of 1,000 Platinum ($39.99 value)
To enter, just follow me at Twitch.tv/Eastxtwitch and tune in during the stream. Players who join us in the game itself after meeting up in the stream have the best chance of winning.
You can watch the stream right here in this post, but you need to actually participate in the stream chat to have a chance at winning. We'll deliver codes to the winners via Twitch message (PM) during the stream. No code begging!
What's the best way to experience Twitch? If you don't have a PC, you can get the Xbox One or Xbox 360 Twitch app and watch from the comfort of your couch. Or grab the unofficial app Livegaming for Windows Phone. It has plenty of great features, including the ability to chat along with your fellow viewers. Unfortunately you'll have to add our channel to your favorites from the Twitch website, outside of the app.
I'll be available for a few minutes before and after the stream if you have any questions or just want to say hi. If you enjoy the stream, I'd love for you to tune in to future streams. For now, we'll do one every weekend, with a few non-contest streams throughout the week.
